JOB DESCRIPTION

We are now looking for two colleagues to join our team of service technicians in property management, who can assist us during the summer period!

Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for both internal and external property maintenance in accordance with the applicable demarcation list with the landlord. The position therefore requires close collaboration with the landlord and external contractors.

The tasks within property management include, for example:

• handling and administration of fault reports from the prison's various units
• troubleshooting
• repair (of, for example, work vehicles, TVs, and riding lawnmowers)
• maintenance
• assembly of furnishings and furniture
• lawn mowing
• handling and administration of orders
• handling and administration of invoices

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is self-driven, structured, and takes great responsibility for their tasks. Your work will directly and indirectly affect other units, so there are high demands for good collaboration skills and a service-oriented attitude.

It is important for us that you share the fundamental values of the Swedish Prison and Probation Service regarding a humane view of humanity, respect for the individual, and belief in people's willingness and ability to develop. You are also aware of and understand how background, culture, and group affiliation affect yourself and others. Furthermore, you are expected to contribute to ensuring that everyone is treated equally with your approach. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Completed upper secondary education or other education combined with work experience that the Swedish Prison and Probation Service deems relevant
• Driving license B
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written

It is an advantage if you also have:

• Education with a focus on property technology or other education combined with experience that the employer deems equivalent
• Work experience in property management or property service
• Good computer skills
• Experience in operating forklifts and/or tractors
• Experience in repairing simpler vehicles
• Experience working with low current.
